In this episode of Rooted in Your Confidence, we dig into leadership identity, systemic blind spots, and why many organizations are failing to develop leaders beyond technical skill.
I’m joined by leadership strategist Shayna Davis to talk about what companies often miss when it comes to trust, visibility, and development — especially for women navigating environments where they are the only one or one of a few.
