Seething in the compromise

Embracing the torment

More decisively wise

Re-engaging the moment

Careful modification

Resetting conditions

Not the other’s objectification

Subjecting your decision

Coolest heads must prevail

Calming all rush at remedy

It is wiser without fail

Than time-made enmity

Undoing is impossible

Beyond all consuming

Than resisting the credible

Most impressively assuming

Along such recourse

Taking you way off track

Circumstances will prevent

Finding your way back
