In Isaiah 9 there is a prophecy about the birth of Christ nearly 700 years before Jesus was born. When Isaiah gives this prophecy he doesn’t share it through a lens of wishing it would be but rather from a certainty of what he was certain would be. Because of Jesus, we always have hope. When the darkness surrounds you, never forget to hold tight to the hope that’s within you.
