There is joy in knowing we are loved unconditionally by God. We must have the right view of God. We can't see God as someone who is looking for us to do wrong. He loves and cares for us. There is no condemnation in Christ Jesus. We are loved because God is love. We are saved by grace and God looks at our heart. There is true joy knowing that God loves us.

In the third sermon on obedience, Pastor Coon dives deep into exercising our faith based on the Word of God. It is important that when we exercise our faith that we pray the will of God. We also must be accountable, living a righteous life based off the Word of God when we pray. Our main scripture verse is found in Mark 11:22.

Will you cope or will you collapse? Paul, in Philippians encouraged us while in jail. We must realize we are a product of what we think, we are responsible for your thoughts, and we can change our thoughts.

Think positive habitually or you will think negatively naturally. See the good things in life. We must:

1. Monitor our thoughts

2. Muzzle our mouths

3. Manage our moods

We can overcome with the help of God, just as Paul did.

Once again, we are encouraged to spend more time with God, reading His Word, and intentionally placing out thoughts on God and scripture daily.

Pastor Weymouth talked about how we should have joy in the journey with God. He gave us 6 tips to have joy during the journey. They are:

1. Seize the day

2. Acknowledge that pain and suffering is inevitable

3. Appreciate the little things

4. Practice contentment

5. Keep a sense of humor

6. God sees the future.

Do not look for joy outside of you. Look for joy from God within you. All we have is today. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is the Lord's.

Pastor Roland Coon starts a new series of messages about what obedience is. In this first part, he covers first what disobedience is. He then goes into how works without faith and also how faith without works is not obedience. We must also open up ourselves to God and believe in God to be obedient.

Mrs Ruggles taught on how to take authority over the armies of darkness and the devil. She brought up 4 main points and they are:

1. Know who you are in Jesus - You are already victorious.

2. Power of the blood of Jesus (Pled the blood over your circumstances).

3. Power in the name of Jesus - The name of Jesus is powerful

4. Living a life clean before the Lord - When we live a righteous life, the devil cannot get a foothold in our life.

This morning Debbie ministered in both song and message. Her message was on encouraging ourselves in the Lord.

Pastor Weymouth talked about there being Joy in the Lord Through Prayer
