Yesterday, in my blog, I shared with you an antidote for reducing stress in our lives. I asked, "Are you, like many of us, feeling the weight of stress this week?"

I shared the divine solution for stress-God's promises. When we pray and meditate on these promises, we activate a powerful antidote that can significantly reduce the stress in our lives.


"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."  Philippians 4:6-7


With unwavering faith, I declared, "Father God, I will not be anxious about my LinkedIn account."  Then, I chose to release my worries about the deleted LinkedIn account. All evening and through the night, I basked in God's "perfect peace."

May my testimony and the testing of my faith be a beacon of hope for you. Remember, God's solution to reducing stress is always within reach, waiting for us to embrace it through faith and prayer. I pray that you find comfort and strength in this truth today.
