The new "Selección Dura" comes directly from French duo Kimshies. In 2004 they created together "Chicago 72", track that was printed in 500 vinyl copies and it was until May 2018 when the public discovered it during the Solomun's 'Cercle' session. Now they are back and have just released 'Fucked Up Mama', their latest EP on Duro.

The hidden treasure of Belgium, Arthur Johnson, did a new mix for our series ‘Selleción Dura’. He is amongst those ever mutating artists, his u-turns slowly composing a real personality. Influenced by 60's psyche rock and synthetic records from the 80s. He brilliantly mixes a sweaty late night trancer, weird dub overtones and keep a decadent club dimension.

He is an exciting artist to follow closely, who previously released sulphurous EPs on labels like La Dame Noir records - "Time Has Come" in 2015 and "Inside" in 2019 - Spotted by Ivan Smagghe on his label Les Disques De La Mort for the EP "Perfect Stranger" in 2018. His productions caught the ears of Tiga, Chloé, Ivan Smagghe, Manfredas or Tim Paris, to name a few.

Carolina Stegmayer and Ismael Pinkler are in charge of giving life to this project, and also running the new label, Alto Espectro, which has as a premise that it will only have one year of activity publishing a monthly release.

'Selección Dura' is a new mix series and radio show with friends and heroes. The first 'Selección Dura' comes direct from Valencia by Sylvain Soulier, better known as Darlyn Vlys.
