This week it's an International Women's Day special and Cian & Sarah discuss gender bias on radio, festival line ups and in their aestehtics. On top of that they discuss Game Of Thrones and their top ten tracks of the last two weeks

Singer song-writer Farah Elle invited us into her warm abode and kept us fed with tea and biscuits this week. We discussed her music and its Arabic influence, the danger of smart phones, her thesis on Lupe Fiasco, her beef with the Late Late Toy Show and her plans for 2019.

It's that time of the year again, the Choice Music Prize is here. Cian talks albums, Sarah talks singles and the top ten tracks are chosen, predictions are made and they discuss their plans for next going to the show tonight. On top of that there is discussion on the new series of Drag Race and Lady Gaga at the Oscars.

This week we have comedian Danny O'Brien who smuggled us into The Stag's Head to record this episode. We discussed comedy in prisons, the Edinburgh fest and sex eductaion! He also shared with us some of the songs he uses to get pumped prior to a show.
