In this episode I chat about my most recent trip to the Netherlands to teach AnatomySense and my trip to Ashland, Oregon where I spent 5 days with my friends/ brothers doing deep shadow work with Robert Masters, where we dove deep into our wounds to find the courage to be tender and more loving with ourselves and each other. I also chat about my journey from my head to my heart and how our minds are so good at distracting us from our own truths.
