In this episode I interview Kelle Rich who is a mother, yoga teacher and host of her own podcast called Higher Conversations Podcast. She shares her life's story to empower others on self-healing and health after she survived not 1 but 2 strokes that left her paralyzed on the right side of her body.
Kellee Rich, E-RYT 200, YACEP, is a yoga instructor, healer, SUP Yoga & AIReal Yoga certified instructor, mother, traveling yogi, podcaster, speaker, activist, poet & writer located in Lake Tahoe, CA. She traveled and toured with Wanderlust Festivals teaching AIReal Yoga from 2016-2019, and is an internationally recognized yoga teacher. With over 6000 hours of teaching experience, 425+ hours of Yoga Alliance Certified training hours, and a true love of yoga, each day she’s living the dream. Kellee has had Lyme Disease for over 29 years and has used yoga as medicine, and as a means of survival after two major strokes paralyzed her right side in late 2012 and early 2013. Bikram, Vinyasa, SUP Yoga, and Aerial Yoga (hammock yoga) all assisted in bringing back her Quality-Of-Life, and she believes yoga has many therapeutic and healing applications. Fully recovered from the strokes and in remission from Lyme, Kellee celebrates life every day and brings love, peace, light and magic to every class she teaches.
