Susan Bowen’s focus is relational reinvention. As founder and principal consultant of Leadership Elements, she coaches individuals, teams, and organizations as they move through the challenges that occur when people work together. By shifting perspectives and shifting behaviors, Susan assists her clients in shifting results.

Susan has worked in the people and organizational development field for over 25 years as both an internal and external consultant. She has developed programs and workshops to address all aspects of people development. From facilitating workshops focused on effective interpersonal relationships to developing mentoring programs, competency models and succession management plans, Susan has worked with executives and organizations to help them reach their business goals.

Her introduction to the theory of Emotional Intelligence began in 2002 when she started using the Simmons Personal Survey. Since then, Susan has worked with many individuals to help them increase their self-awareness and EI competencies - where relational reinvention begins.
