We have more power than we realize, we forget how we’ve stepped up to “risks” in the past and that we gained knowledge from the experience, grow from it.

Holding Self-Awareness moving forward gives us momentum and a new perspective of how we are relating to ourselves and the levels risks (or heights of hurdles) we encounter.
