Little Victories is rooted in the belief that when you love someone, you pay attention-to their story, the people who shaped them, and the moments that quietly matter most. 
Through gentle storytelling and thoughtful conversations with guests and experts, we explore what it means to live with connection and intention. With a caring focus on the 60+ community, we reflect on quality longevity, mobility, and the art of truly living. Together, we notice and celebrate the little victories that give our days meaning and remind us that life is happening right now.
