The self-care wheel lists these activities as ways of

participating in self-care. Learning who you are, this could be through ancestry tests, and activities like self-reflections. In a previous pod episode, I mentioned doing a SWOT analysis on yourself, this is another way to learn who you are. Figuring out what you want in life is another activity on the self-care wheel. So is planning short and long term goals, making a vision
board, fostering friendships, going on dates, getting coffee with a friend. There are activities like getting out of debt, just relaxing, writing a poem or a book, spending time with your family, cooking out, and learning to play a guitar.
