To recap, what the self-care wheel suggests eating healthy,
exercise, sex, taking a walk as activities for physical self-care. I would like to add community and group work out activities to this list given the benefits it has in motivation and consistency if you are one who has an issue with this like I do.
We know research says that exercise can improve your brain
health, help manage weight, reduce risk of disease, strengthen your muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities. this is motivation enough to those who need it but there are people like me who need a little bit more of a push.
