In this unscheduled episode I am discussing things around the topics of mental health and taking time to be present in the moment. This episode originally being recorded and uploaded on Memorial Day weekend of 2022 after an extremely tragic event, which would be the Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, Tx. My deepest condolences and prayers are with the many victims families and the first responders as well as the other students and community in that area.
