Do you practice self-care regularly? We are so busy helping others that we neglect ourselves. Self-care should not feel like a job, it should be something you do daily. It should bring you clarity, peace of mind, and relaxation. Remember self-care is not selfish! You may have to create boundaries in order for you to focus on taking care of yourself. You cannot pour from an EMPTY cup!
