Self Sabotage to Self Care just dropped the website and it is now live! This episode focuses on how my manifesting my dreams is coming true. I spoke about my support system, my own mental health journey, self-love, affirmations, and my future goals!

This episode highlights the saying "Healing not Healed". I touch on topics such as boundaries and knowing the difference between intuition, and anxiety. I am healing but not healed! Do you practice self-care regularly? We are so busy helping others that we neglect ourselves. Self-care should not feel like a job, it should be something you do daily. It should bring you clarity, peace of mind, and relaxation. Remember self-care is not selfish! You may have to create boundaries in order for you to focus on taking care of yourself. You cannot pour from an EMPTY cup!

In this episode, I became a little vulnerable and decided to speak about my journey of taking antidepressants. I speak about the stigma against taking medications in the black community, the negative impact of labeling black women as the "strong black woman", and my journey of depression and anxiety.

This episode is a look back into this last year. I talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly that 2022 was. I'm wishing everyone a great ending of this ghetto ass year. Overall this chapter is ending and the new one is beginning. Remember, if it doesn't bring you peace let that shit go!. 

This check-in focuses on gratitude, mindfulness, and the feelings of being alone during the holidays. I know it can be difficult around the holidays for various reasons. For my people who are struggling with depression, know you are not your thoughts, you can get through this. Take some time out and reflect on all of the things you are grateful for. By doing this it forces you to be present with your thoughts. 

Today's episode is about toxic families. I know you have at least one toxic family member, shit you may be that toxic family member. I touched on topics such as generational trauma, creating your own family, strained mother-daughter relationships in the black community, and manifestation.
