I come to you today solo.  It's been a while since I turned the mic on myself. 

I found myself reflecting on the choices that we make and being present to those choices during my last Ballroom dance competition. I feel privileged and blessed to be able to participate in dance as I do. And yet if you have listened to me before or followed me on social , this dance is truly a metaphor for life. 

I learn so much about myself and how I show up in the world when I challenge myself with dance. 

I speak today about comparison and how that is the thief for all joy. 

Signs from the universe as I hear a song that reminds me of my mother. 

And so much more.
