In this heartfelt episode of "Your Journey to Joy," I sit down with my daughter, Anna, to discuss her incredible journey of recovery from a nine-year battle with an eating disorder, OCD, and other mental health challenges. This conversation is particularly special as Anna was last on the podcast three years ago, shortly after returning from a treatment stay.

Anna opens up about her struggles, including a time when she didn't believe she would survive, let alone thrive. She shares the pivotal moments and key factors that contributed to her recovery, such as undergoing transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and meeting her supportive boyfriend. Anna also talks about the therapeutic role her dog, Ruby, has played in her life, providing her with companionship and a sense of responsibility.
