Hello lovely people. This week we're back and better than ever with a not-so-new recommendation from Charlotte who has finally discovered The Crown (only took her 4 years). We have a lil convo about the fact that we secretly wish we could've been friends with Queen Margaret and Niamh's questionable crush on Matt Smith (who Charlotte thinks has a weird face).  Then it's onto this week's topic of self-comparison in the age of social media and how impossible it can feel to avoid. We discuss what it is about these apps that push us into comparing ourselves and feeling like there's always someone out there doing more, being more, and getting more. Is it our responsibility to consciously consume and remove people from our social media that make us feel worse about ourselves? How do we know when we're comparing ourselves unfairly and what can we actually do to not base our self-worth on our perception of others?
