Virginia, a former litigation and business attorney, became a full-time caregiver for her husband with A.L.S., while raising four children. This challenging period, marked by a lack of compassion, motivated her to study the science of compassion. She now consults and coaches on leveraging compassion for healing, resilience, and success in personal and professional life. An award-winning author, Virginia has written two books on compassion, one for adults and a children's picture book.
