I think we can all agree that self-confidence is a crucial trait of successful people. You may not be the most talented or intelligent person in the room, but if you have great confidence and a determined attitude of "I can do it!" you'll be unstoppable. 

You an be a genius or even the most qualified person for a job in terms of educational qualifications. However, if you don't have confidence, you have already lost half the battle.
