Tim has been a professional actor for the past 12 years performing all over the world. He has performed in the Phil Collins' Disney musical Tarzan in Hamburg, Germany, the first UK tour of Wicked and in the West End in The Book of Mormon.
Over the last few years, he has become for want of a better word, psyched about fitness and motivating others to achieve their fitness goals. From complete amateur doing Insanity in his parents' living room, he now teaches fitness classes in London at various locations. He is the co-founder of Target Time, a community running programme and website and also of Kinsman Property, an investment company he founded with his brother Edward.
Tim has done the full Couch to 5K experience and last year achieved a podium finish in his age group at Spartan Race Scotland. His future goals include; becoming a silver fox, competing in a masters category at a CrossFit event and mastering the art of cooking the perfect Vegan nut roast.
CHRIS KNIGHT
Chris Knightis a Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial streak. For years he had issues with self-esteem, confidence, body weight fluctuation and depression. Following a relationship breakdown, he decided to use the emotion to fuel a total body and mind transformation.
After losing 25lbs and becoming more aesthetically pleasing, he realised that the core reason that he had wanted to do this was to be happy. After following the process of the dieting and the mindset change, Chris realised that happiness comes from within. The external changes to his appearance weren't even necessary but they had been the catalyst to understanding that external changes are just at surface level.
When Chris embraced that we have to change how we feel about ourselves internally before anything else matters; his life began to change for the better. Having undergone, and maintaining, his personal body and mindset Transformation; he is now applying the same principles and habits used for dieting into his professional life as he writes a book on mental health and launches his property business.
Chris believes that anybody is capable of the same process. If you make the decision to start, as you progress, the positive changes will compound over time giving you results that you desire.
