This is episode 60 where we talk about how there are certain messages in the Bible that apply to everything and self-control is one of them. It doesn't matter what kind of problem we have in our lives, self-control comes into play in every area. If we don't discipline ourselves, our emotions will rule us and our lives will be miserable.

John 14:17 says "even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you."

Prayer: God, I choose a spirit of discipline and self-control. By the power of Your Spirit in me, I will do what You tell me to do and not be controlled by my feelings. Please guide myself and anyone listening right now wherever you need us to go. We love you with everything we have Lord, Amen!
