Listen in on a conversation I had the pleasure of having with husband and wife Crystal and Gilbert about the importance they put on women empowerment and the ability for women to self-defend. Crystal being a female and Gilbert being a father to 4 girls and a grand daughter he finds great comfort in knowing his daughters could “snap an arm” if push comes to shove.
