There are three variables to self motivation:

 

  1. Competency
    1. Have a high competency in what you do in your life. Put in the work and time to be an expert.
    1. You are responsible for you. Take ownership of your life. Where you've been and where you’re going. The moment you take responsibility for everything in your life is the moment you can have anything in your life.
  2. Autonomy:
    1. We have to build great relationships. Be somebody to others.
  3. Relationships:

 

Motivation doesn’t exist on it’s own. You have to design a framework to create motivation. Take care yourself to be the best version of you.
