The contents are hard to digest when the e-book is transcribed so badly!! I've seen mistakes before but never so many.
Hopefully the hard copies were better written. I know it was free but it is hard to read and decipher at the same time.
pretty darn good
contains some really helpful advice and easy to follow actions to make immediate changes. I like how the book goes through everyday as an example to how habits can be formed and changed.
Four Stars
I found that the reading was very knowledgeable and helpful
The only thing I need to do, is to apply those rules into my real life.
I have been reading quite a few books about self-discipline recently. One thing I like this book is, it is a "how to" book instead of spending a lot of time to persuade you something could be helpful. The author did his research and draw his points from there. Reading his book is kind of like reading a good student's notes after a difficult lecture. You get the points although you couldn't remember the examples professors talked about. En...like cheating sheets : ) The only thing I need to do, is to apply those rules into my real life.
Balance in life
Some people have massive success but donât find any fulfillment in what they do. Some people are happy and content with only a little. Itâs that balance to find: Being discontent enough to keep going and move towards greater heights while not fussing over the fact that you didnât get everything you want yet and that you already have so much to be happy with. There are so many people who push your buttons, think mostly about themselves, and are inconsiderate, intolerant, and conceited. Itâs true that everyone has flaws, but so do you.
