better yet, don't try it
This is a set of activities for 30 days to develop self-discipline within us. The only challenging here is getting started without being drawn to procrastination. First day is an assessment. There should be honest assessment so that activities for the following day will be set properly according to the result of what needs to improve and what needs to be out for life. This is the crucial part. If we could start with all honesty, better yet, don't try it.
Mind you, I am on my 4th day now. I really have to do it cause I want to improve myself.

Great guide to developing firmer self-discipiline. I liked the simplicity of this book and also how thorough and inclusive it was on the specific ways a person can challenge themselves to exhibit greater restraint and control. As someone who's always struggled with that, this gave me the incentive I needed to fix some behaviors I realized were really hindering me long-term.
