personal growth
I read a lot of self-help books for both myself personally and for my business. Self-Discipline can be a tricky thing. For both my clients and me, its often the thing we fight against the most but when we have it in any aspect of our life, we are the happiest. This book not only explained this phenomenen but gave some simple yet powerful insight into how change is possible. As elusive as self-discipline can be, I felt for the first time its doable. Its a quick and Im so thankful that I found this book. Its a definite keeper!
successful listen
I really liked that the author not only presented theory but also important steps to achieving self-discipline. It definitely is a key component of success.
self control
Unlike most of self help books which only show you where destinations and goals are, this books provides a solid path to follow in order to achieve self control
clear point
Great book. Clear, to the point and full of practical advices. I really enjoy listening it even though at some points it worked as a simple reminder to what I have in the past.
basic guide
Motivational and self-help books are a dime a dozen these days. Most rehash the same old motivational quotes and basic discipline tricks over and over again
