David’s dharma in this lifetime is to create a movement that brings sustainable, conscious change to the workplace and the world. This starts with a new kind of leader at work—a more conscious, systems thinking leader. David, on his own, has quite successfully been taking NCS into companies for almost 25 years. Now, he is strongly committed to teaching others the NCS model. For the first time, he is doing regular courses, both public and with intact groups: NCS for Leaders and Managers, The Four Agreements at Work, and Sustainable Change-NCS Tools.
