Self-esteem impacts almost everything.
The way you think about yourself, the way you feel emotionally, the way you make decisions, handle relationships, and go after goals—it all connects back to self-esteem.
In this episode, I share what self-esteem really is and why it’s the foundation for confidence, emotional wellness, and follow through.
I also talk about something important:
the journey to your goals will not always be seamless.
Sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Sometimes you start over.
Sometimes you put effort into something and redo it.
That does not mean the effort was wasted.
You are either getting the results you wanted or learning something valuable that helps you move forward.
I also walk through some of the common signs of low self-esteem:
These things are human.
The difference is when you have healthy self-esteem, they stop controlling your life.
You become more calm, clear, confident, and connected to yourself.
You trust yourself more.
And you stop making normal human emotions mean something negative about who you are.
