February just feels like the perfect time to lean into love — and as Bluntly Black Girls, what better season to cultivate a self-love toolkit than Black History Month and Valentine’s Day? ✨

This week, I’m joined by my smokin’ sister Ashley (@high.vibrations.nj) for a powerful, affirming conversation about why self love really is the best love. She brought the confidence, the wisdom, and the gems — and of course, we both brought the smoke 💨

We talk about what self love truly means to us, what’s actually inside our self-love toolkits (because it’s more than bubble baths and affirmations), and somehow… yes… we also get into laundry detergent 😂
