Today I talked about the most vital part of our life and for me that is self love. Here I have shared the significance of self love for you are your love ones.   • Self love is the most vital yet lost part of our lives. We all are so absorbed with others that we have long forgotten ourselves. I want you to admit one thing and that is you cannot love your love ones without loving yourself. 
  • If you don't love yourself how comes this possible that others will love and and how come this possible that others will be loyal with you when even you are not loyal with yourself.
  • You own a body embrace it with love and never ever disappoint yourself to please society which will be nothing once you lost yourself. 
  • My beautiful listener you are damn beautiful and brave soul who is bearing all your troubles all alone. just give yourself a proud pat for supporting you in such a beautiful way.
  • Everyone here is facing some sort of troubles and so do you. Some are bearing troubles in relationships others are struggling with money and a few are bearing both but that doesn't mean they don't deserve love and respect. we can't control troubles of our life but we surely can control how to handle these troubles and their influence.
  • No matter what you are going through never forget to love yourself. Just keep in mind, it require intense heat for gold to make it shine bright. All those problems that you are facing are like this intense heat which is going to make you shine bright or even brighter. Just embrace all those troubles and make your way to shine.
  • It's really sweet of you if you are influenced by people but never let that influence to degrade you.
  • Everything needs nourishment in your life and so do your soul. if you will abandon yourself for your troubles your body will abandons you with much ore problems.
