Happy Sunday Lovelies !!.

On today's episode we talk about self love journal prompts and how these self love journal prompts can help guide you on your self love journey weather you are starting it or are in it. They get to really dig in deep and find out more about who are you, and how to love yourself more everyday!

Self Love Journal Prompts:

  1. Write a letter to your younger self? (dig deep)
  2. List 50 things you like, and love about yourself.
  3. Write everything that's worrying you, making you feel anxious, unhappy or just not the best you and rip out the page!
  4. If you could chose any place (real or imaginary) to be at right now for comfort, a place that make you feel happy. Where would it be? (put in as much detail)
  5. List 10 things or people that make your life better and who you are grateful for.
  6. List 5 things you are to start saying "NO" to and 5 things you will start saying "YES" to.
  7. Write a letter to your body, thanking ir for carrying you and all the great things it does on the daily.
  8. Write down 10 affirmations that you can tell yourself every morning or whenever you aren't feeling the best.
  9. What goals are you working towards and what boundaries do you need to set for yourself in order to accomplish them?
