January, or what I call goal-setting season, is behind us.
Have you been setting goals and visions? Thinking: once I get the promotion, then I'll feel confident. Or once I leave this job, then I'll finally feel free and like myself.
This type of thinking might be the thing keeping you stuck.
When you're constantly projecting your wholeness into the future, you lock yourself into the identity of someone who's chasing.
You become a professional chaser.
The version of you that you're longing for already exists. Not in some future timeline, but right now as pure potential.
In this episode, I'm breaking down:
If you're ready to stop chasing and start being, this episode is for you.

Are you afraid of what will happen if you stop? If you stop fixing, planning, "to-doing" yourself through the day?
The past weeks, I've been sitting with some old patterns of mine—patterns I've been dealing with my entire life.
And this is what I noticed: The wound that makes you hyper-independent is the same wound that makes you abandon yourself completely.
Both are responses to the same fear.
The fear that somehow you are fundamentally unloved, not enough, and unsafe.
Both of these keep you running — not toward a goal, but away from a feeling.
In this episode, I'm talking about what becomes possible when you finally stop long enough to be with what's already here.

The productivity epidemic isn't a personal failing — it's a feature, not a bug, of a system designed to extract value from your nervous system.
While everyone's debating work-life balance, they're missing the deeper truth: we're living in economic structures that are biologically incompatible with human thriving.
Your burnout isn't weakness—it's your body's intelligent response to participating in what I call 'extraction economics.'
The real question isn't how to be more productive within this system, but how to recognize that your exhaustion is information, and what it's telling you about the fundamental mismatch between infinite growth models and finite human capacity.
In this raw, paradigm-shifting episode I'm exposing the system that profits from your exhaustion and sharing the simple shift that will set you free.

Most of us love reaching our goals — whether it's celebrating that presentation at work, securing a promotion, or buying our dream home.
It's rewarding to complete something we've worked for.
But many of us have also experienced the feeling of reaching our goals and then feeling completely empty. The thing we worked so hard for, believing it would give us happiness and peace, gave us none of that.
The reason behind that emptiness? We've been achieving not because we're creating, but because we're chasing something outside ourselves for validation.
In this episode I speak about that chase and how it makes us addicted to achievement, I'm sharing how this blocks you from creating your best work and how to let go.
If this resonates, let me know. I love to hear from you, and I respond to everything.

This week’s episode is about food and body image — a topic that comes up again and again with the high-achieving women I work with.
So many high-achievers— myself included — have struggled with this.
Body image becomes another way you perform, and food becomes another thing to control. Y
ou try to eat as healthy as possible to feel safe, to manage how you look. And then binge eating can show up almost like an antidote to all that control — but also as a way to regulate yourself, to cope with the pressure you’re under.
To dive into this subject, I invited a true expert: Stephanie Mara Fox. I think you'll find the conversation valuable.

There's something I need to tell you about why rest still doesn't feel safe, even after all the self-development work you've done.
When you're pushing and performing, that's your inner masculine energy being frantic and lost.
The solution isn't simply to relax. It isn't another productivity system or longer morning routine. The problem runs deeper than that.
Today I'm providing a different lens through historical context - sharing why the feminine is the true leader and how understanding this completely changes your relationship to rest, boundaries, and building a life that actually feels like yours.

We're back! Season 2 of Self Love Path Podcast is here!
-----
What if everything you've been taught about productivity is backwards?
What if the secret to getting more done, creating more impact and feeling more alive isn't about speeding up, but slowing down?
I know it might sound counterintuitive. We live in a culture that worships busyness.
Where walking fast means you're important. Where exhaustion is a bit of a badge of honor and we're slowing down feels dangerous. Like you're falling behind, missing out, losing the race.
But the truth is, life is not a race. There's no finish line except perhaps death. This summer I caught myself falling back into old patterns. And in this, I realized something profound. I was disconnected from my own rhythm.
In this week's episode, I'm speaking about the revolutionary act of slowing down.
How it actually speeds up your results, deepens your impact, and reconnects you to the truth of who you are.

In which areas of your life are you saying yes, when you really want to say no, because you are afraid of the consequences of a no?
Maybe you take on an extra project at work, even if you know it will burden you?
Maybe someone asked for your time or energy, and you hear your mouth saying sure, no problem even if it actually is a problem?
If someone asks for your opinion, do you say what you thin they want to hear, or do you share what is true for you?
You might think being agreeable or being the yes person at work is just you being helpful, kind and generous.
The truth is, this has little to do with being kind.
Today, I’m talking about the misunderstood behavior so many high-achieving women struggle with: People-pleasing.
We’ll explore why it’s not really about pleasing others, but about keeping yourself emotionally safe, and how learning to say no can actually deepen connection — not destroy it.
This is the final episode of Season 1 of Self Path Podcast. I'll be back in August again.
Are you ready to find the courage to say no and finally speak your needs? I'm going to work with a handful of private clients this August.
If you feel you'd like to be one of them, shoot me a message at [email protected]

Summer is here and for most of us summer means vacation and taking a break from our normal routines. In the Nordics this week marks the celebration of midsummer – which is one of our biggest holidays.
Summer is marketed as our prime time.
Everywhere you look it seems like people have sexy and exciting plans.
Everyone’s tanned, everyone’s surrounded by friends, family, a good looking man and happy kids, everyone has flowers in their hair, cute summer dresses and it seems as if the sun is always shining.
One moment on social media and you feel lonely, anxious and unhappy with your life.
You consume a 10 second reel from someone else’s life, and conclude that they are doing much better at life, while you are failing and living a boring life.
You feel stressed that you haven’t made big enough summer plans.
You feel sad and disappointed that you haven’t been invited to the summer party everyone else is going to.
Maybe your friend has holiday plans she happily shares with you, but at the back of your mind you’re thinking:
“Why am I not invited? “Why am I always the one who has to invite myself to events?”
In this week’s episode, I also talk about how unstructured time — like summer holidays — can be especially triggering for high-achievers.
When the work calendar disappears, all of a sudden you’re left with this blank space. And if you’re used to defining your worth by doing, that space can feel unbearable.

Do you feel pressured by all the self-care “to do’s” you feel you should do?
Exercise. Walk at least 10,000 steps daily. Lift weights — but let’s also do fasted cardio.
Stretching, mobility, yoga. Meditate. Write a gratitude journal. Catch the sunrise. Ground in the grass.
All before you’ve even started your day.
It’s easy — just get up 20 minutes earlier! That’s all it takes. Easy, they tell you.
And in between all of that, you’re trying to manage life. But also, actually enjoy it.
In this episode, I explore what happens when we try to fix our stress and self-worth struggles with the same energy and strategies that created them — and why real change starts deeper.
