For those of you who get stressed out (aka me) because you didn’t complete one of your self-care tasks that you scheduled to so, don’t feel bad about yourself! I try to emphasize doing what makes you happy when you can and feel good enough to; don’t push yourself if you don’t wanna be pushed because it’ll only put a bump in the road on our journey. Kinda like when your parents tried to force you to go to school, the more you resisted getting in the car. The more you try to force yourself to do something, the more resentment you’ll have towards it. Thank you guys so much!!
