In this episode, I briefly explain some of the concepts that I took from an amazing self-help book titled “Boundaries” by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. In this episode, I discuss how being yourself, like letting your emotions be known and doing whatever makes you happy without worrying about anyone else around you (besides, of course, performing a massacre), is the best form of self love that there is. Don’t be stressed and think yourself as a failure if you couldn’t get to a self help technique in your day; do what you want when you want; don’t put that pressure on yourself because then you’ll never be the best you. ❤️

If you constantly say “I Am Poor” or “I Am Stupid,” you’re always gonna be poor, and you’re always gonna fail tests. Kinda like when your parents tried to force you to go to school, the more you resisted getting in the car.
