Calling yourself out is a big part of growth. Like the great philosopher Ice Cube once said, "Check yourself, before you wreck yourself."

A year and a half ago, after hosting some self love challenges, I decided that i would send out a weekly newsletter sharing my struggles, lessons and wins in the world of self love. After such an amazing response from my readers, I decided to record those emails and re-launch them on this platform as a bonus mini-series. Each short, bite sized piece of my journey is shared to hopefully help you with yours.
