This Valentine's day, it's all about loving OURSELVES - and one of the best ways we can do this is learn to self-love and take care of our nervous systems <3
In today’s episode, I interview Rachel Fearnley, who is a Somatic Coach + Breathwork Coach. We talk about the nervous system, what it is, why it’s so important, how it affects us when we’re dysregulated, and how we can nurture it for optimal wellbeing and on our self-love journey! Our self-love journeys can be triggering, and challenging as fuck sometimes, so learning how to regulate our nervous systems is such an important step to being able to move through these with more groudnedness, and ease.
