This week, our "informed consent" is moving away from our recent medical topics and turning them towards being informed about yourself.

I believe it is important to be informed about yourself, your life, even back into your childhood all the way though understanding why you self-sabatoge. 

I am honored to be joined by upcoming author and just overall super inspiring individual, Hunter Charneski, to share his journey of self-mastery with you all.

A little bit about Hunter:

After twenty-years of perverting the person God created him to be, Hunter stormed into his office on January 22, 2023 and wrote on his blackboard: why do we sabotage ourselves? Wielding words into weapons, Hunter began writing; not stopping till he found the answer—and he did.

The answer is Default.

Not wanting anyone else to suffer meaninglessly from their own self-sabotage, Hunter grew hellbent on formulating his answer into a story soon to be on a bookshelf near you. Default isn’t something that can be treated with a shot, or an antidote, so Hunter took a shot at it with an anecdote. The result was self-mastery—something he wants you to achieve before it’s too late.
