Expanding off of last weeks' episode, Self-Identity, we dive deeper into reflection, goals, and ultimately your purpose. How to find your purpose if you are struggling: • Identify your values and passion • Recognize your strengths and talents • Reflect on your past experiences • Try new things and enhance old skills • Self-reflect and seek feedback • Embrace the discomfort • Understand the why behind your life and how it has shaped your life, and the direction or path you are heading on Learn new skills, it is hard (but not learning new skills is harder) you can do anything you set your mind to, more so if you have determination and goals to strive for Our goals and purpose: o Commit, to this/ yourself/ others, do the work o Find your purpose (follow your own mission), build your character o Embrace your uniqueness (build your self-esteem), positive self-talk o Be a giver and serve others o Create good habits, cherish them, and do them o Don’t substitute the work, or complain, or be lethargic, attack it o Surround yourself with amazing and influential people (friends, mentors, teachers)
