I tend to self sabotage way too much. A lot of it comes from my imposter syndrome and that feeling of doubt if whether or not I'm qualified to do something. But starting now, I'm changing the way I talk to myself and changing the way I see myself. I'm taking steps to improve myself and get back on a track that feels good to me, physically and mentally.
