Today; I wanted to get to know my friend, Arianna. I got to ask her some personal questions about herself and then we dove into some of the doubts she faces on the daily. Such as, imposter syndrome and self doubt in the film industry. 

I tend to self sabotage way too much. A lot of it comes from my imposter syndrome and that feeling of doubt if whether or not I'm qualified to do something. But starting now, I'm changing the way I talk to myself and changing the way I see myself. I'm taking steps to improve myself and get back on a track that feels good to me, physically and mentally. 

We love social media, but we've also come to realize how harmful it can be. Social media can be great to help you connect with others, meet new people, find inspiration, and so on. But somewhere along the line we all became more focused on the numbers and that instant gratification that social media gives us. We got lost in the game of comparison and now we are realizing that sometimes we NEED to take a step back and realize that numbers & likes aren't everything. 

Anxiety & depression can make you feel so alone, but know that you are not alone. Sometimes opening up to others makes you realize that other people do deal with similar things. Everyone's experience is different, but bottling things up is never the right answer. We've been there and we know how it can feel to not feel understood. Don't forget that you are never alone in the way that you feel. So many people go through their own struggle; that are in some ways similar to yours. To all my shy people out there, know that we get you. There is never an easy way or secret to break the habits or traits that you develop, but one thing that always helps me, is finding others who understand exactly what I'm going through. I hope this helps you feel understood.
