Living your life for others will leave you lost.  If you are trying to appease the kaleidoscope of perspectives that people have about you, then you will end up unfulfilled and empty.  Self sabotage happens when we limit ourselves or our abilities despite the fact that this behavior is contrary to our goals and dreams for ourselves.  You limit your success by undermining it with behavior that ultimately is not in your best self interest.  Self actualization is when we do the opposite of sabotage.  We take control of our destiny and live in flow with ourselves.  Self actualization is living your highest self, purpose, and being.  Today we talk about the path of self actualization and how self sabotage can often get in the way of our success.
