I am no longer falling off the treadmill of life. A slow grind along with the faith to continue to walk at the pace of God is my new way of living.

Spring is upon us and what better way to regain clarity than by cleaning out the junk and negativity that is in your mind. One Saturday of spring cleaning allowed me to reevaluate my life in the past three months. I am all here for it.

My life for the past two weeks has been a theme park. The favorite two rides were the "Emotional Rollercoaster" and the "Endless Cycle of Ups & Downs Ferris Wheel". Listen to why I decided to get my life and leave the theme park.

We pray for so many things and are left frustrated and angry when we don't get what we prayed for. We must learn that somethings God will not gives us from prayer alone. Turns out, we were equipped to go out and get what we've been praying for all along. - Inspired from Devon Franklin's "Hollywood Commandments"

Who would have thought that it would take a night of dancing on top of tables and drumming to my own beat make me believe that I was living my best life. Listen to how one amazing night has helped shaped my mentality even more.

In honor of Tuskegee University's Homecoming, I wanted to reflect and share a moment that shaped me during homecoming week. In my reflection, I found the desire to continue to push through and move to continue to better myself.
