Let’s be honest, most people don’t.

You tell yourself you are going to do something and if you're lucky you follow through 50% of the time.  How many times have you told yourself you are going to wake up workout and mediate only to hit the snooze button one to many times.  Ending up with barely enough time to shower non the less workout or doing anything else.

Here’s the problem. Every time you don't do what you say you're going to do, your trust muscles decompensate a little more.  Eventually, we all know what happens - they become non-existent.

This leaves you feeling like utter crap.
