The lessons or Losses we take ; we can’t be angry we just have to pray for the best and over the damage as it comes and go.

Everybody want to be where you are but not thinking about the work that was put in.

We have to stop and listen stop and think and then take it all in of what ppl are saying? How ppl are saying it ? And the energy behind it?

The self care, peace, harmony,balance and etc. that we need in our daily lives.

It’s okay if you don’t like something;address it and use the energy for something you need to complete.

Even when we don’t see where we going. We have to keep pushing keep your head up .

Grand rising world the topic of speedy yoga and the book I will be taking action with soon. You start this journey of speedy yoga which is new to me but I do enjoy yoga.

The hurt, the lust ,trust and misunderstanding that can all be taken care of at the beginning. However you think everyone is on the same page ;but come to find out it was all a lie. But it was definitely what you wish was true.
