As we continue our journey on self care, this week we discuss the art of making peace with what has happened and what hasn’t happened. For some of us our stagnation and complacency can be directly linked to our failure to make peace with the things we’ve done and/or the things that people have done to us. And then there are those of us who are having a hard time accepting where we are in our lives because it does not line up with the ideas we had about where we would be and what we would be doing at this stage in our lives. In this week’s episode we discuss the four steps that helped me to make peace during this season of self care. Listen, it’s not easy by any means but it is possible with Christ and my freedom was worth every tear, every hurt and every pain. It is only when we release the weight of what has happened or hasn’t happened that we have the freedom to go after what God still has for us. I believe that this is a Word that will shift your perspective and cause you to move in the direction of making peace! You don’t have to stay where you are, there is a whole and healthy life waiting for you! What are you going to do about it?
