Last week I caught myself relying on external fixes — waiting for money to come through, for work to pick up, for life to finally line up. And it hit me: if your peace depends on things outside of you, you’re never going to find peace. Not properly.

Guarding your headspace means noticing where your thoughts are going, and pulling them back when they’re all tied to things you can’t control. Because the truth is, if you don’t protect your mind, the world will fill it with noise.

In this episode, I share how I got caught in that trap, what it cost me, and how I’m learning to guard my headspace so I’ve got room for what really matters — presence, peace, patience, and the spark to keep going.
