The development of Special Needs education system has been a phenomenon of the modern era.

During the past 25 years, an international interest has been shown in the inclusion of children

with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in mainstream schools. While in the past it was accepted

that children with SEN should be educated in special schools, nowadays this perception is less.
